Open WOD 17.5 RX
10 rounds for time of:
9 thrusters, (43/30kg)
10 rounds for time of:
9 thrusters (30/20kg)
This WOD looks a lot easier than it is – especially after the Icelandic Dottirs made it look even easier by finishing in under 7min during the Live Announcement. For the average Joe it was an accomplishment to finish at all within 25min. But the teams brought their biggest support, their motivation, A-game … and…
The heat was on and the atmosphere was electric as the heats of 8-10 athletes tackled the workout.
