The nice Chipper from last year was back! It’s always cool to have a repeat to see how you improved. The Deadlift is heavier than you think – the 55 reps add up to a very fatigued back – you could feel on the Wall Balls or latest on the rower. The Wall Balls will fatique your Handstand Push-ups.

RX was a tough cookie! But even Scaled still added up to a lot of work. Even if you had a HSPU or push-up – if you were lucky/fast enough to get there the question was: Can you still do it?!?

So many fast athletes were looking at their arms a bit baffled trying to do the push-ups. But many people improved from last year! I know – some will never be happy with “only 4 reps improvement” – but hey: an improvement is an improvement! If you went RX this year and Scaled last, that means you improved a lot just strength-wise!
